Petition is disposed off with a direction that the Executive Engineer, RWD, Works Division, Muzaffarpur West, Muzaffarpur shall decide the representation expeditiously in any case not later than four weeks. In case any amount is found due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid forthwith. In case of further delay, the petitioner shall be entitled to claim simple interest @ of 8 per cent per annum.
