JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No. 212 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the direct allegation of assault made against the petitioners, which has been corroborated by the medical evidence, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.931 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
