The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offence under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the case was registered against unknown. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for more than 08 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
