It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that inadvertently in the third line of cause title of the order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46152 of 2017, the following words 'District- Gopalganj' has been mentioned in place of 'District- Siwan' and as such, the same may be modified.

From perusal of records, it appears that the submission of the counsel for the petitioners is correct.

Accordingly, let the words 'District- Gopalganj' as mentioned in the third line of the cause title of order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59743 of 2017(3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46152 of 2017 be read as 'District- Siwan'.

Further, the time granted to the petitioners for their surrender in the Court below i.e. learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 2350 of 2016, in the light of order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30461 of 2017 is extended for six weeks from the date of receipt of the present order.

The order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30461 of 2017, modification order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46152 of 2017 and the subsequent modification order dated 03.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59743 of 2017 is modified to extent indicated above.
