JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to properly investigate Atri P.S. Case No.21 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the police have already completed the investigation and submitted a report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 30th January, 2015. The police report would indicate that the allegations made in the FIR were found false against the accused persons during investigation.

3. Having come to know about the submission of final form, Mr. Gouranga Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this application as it has become infructuous.
