In the Show Cause filed, the stand is that Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger has passed a reasoned order on 04.09.2011 in which the due amount of salary from 01.03.2004 to 31.07.2006 was allowed. It is also stated that all legal and genuine amounts of the petitioner stands paid.
