In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Allegation has been made that 120 litres of liquor has been recovered and the police found the involvement of the petitioners with the said liquor.
Looking to the entirety of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for bail is rejected. However, if petitioners surrender
