2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hisuwa P.S. Case No. 796 of 2024 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while constructing the house, argument took place which resulted into inflicting of injuries by the accused persons with specific roles alleged against these two petitioners. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that a minor scuffle has been given a different colour and one of them

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer and has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that multiple injury/fracture has been found on the informant's body.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions as also the fact that has been narrated, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.
