Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 73 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 20 liters of country made wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2019.

No.25566 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II cum Special Judge Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 73 of 2019.
