JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.05 of 2016 registered under Sections 365-A and 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on completion of investigation, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application, wherein the culpability of the petitioner in the alleged offence was found to be false, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26498 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.05 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
