The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of daughter of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33394 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 due to ulterior motive. In fact, daughter of the informant was ill and she was rushed to the hospital, where she died in course of treatment but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
