JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Nothing specific has been alleged against them. They have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Petitioners resides separately from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the affairs of wife and husband. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
