2. Virtually the present writ petition has been filed for giving direction to the respondents to comply the order of the District Appellate Authority and affirmed the State Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for compliance of the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, he has already filed an application before the District Appellate Authority bearing Application No. 53 of 2018, which

4. Considering the above-mentioned fact, the District Appellate Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter and dispose of Application No. 53 of 2018 upon production/receipt of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
