The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 332, 353, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is an allegation against the petitioner of having assaulted on the informant, only a small abrasion on the lips of the informant has been found. He further submits that there is no repetition of blows and clearly there was some dispute between the parties.
