Mr. Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submits that the decision has already been taken in the matter pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2020 passed in CWJC No. 4781 of 2020 by the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Division, Water Resources Department vide memo no. 734 dated 26.03.2021 which is part of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 8.

4. He further submits that he may be given liberty to challenge the said order.

5. The MJC No. 1335 of 2021 stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
