The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the deceased was died due to her ailment and her parent was also participated in her cremation and an affidavit, Annexure-A, to that effect has also been filed by the petitioner. Moreover, the F.I.R. has been instituted by the Chawkidar which is evident from the F.I.R. itself and no

The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.09.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018.
