2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 236 of 2022 dated 10.5.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 386, 302, 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant's son was at his shop. In the meantime, the petitioner and the coaccused persons came there and started abusing him. During course of this incident the co-accused, Babloo Kewat gave gun to the petitioner who fired on the informant's son due to which

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39840/2023. The petitioner has twelve antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the specific allegation of firing is against the petitioner. As per the report of the trial court through letter no. 134/2025, charge has been framed against the petitioner dated 19.05.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific allegation of firing is against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 236 of 2022, pending in the court of learned

7. This application is rejected and the learned court below is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner at the earliest.
