JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Learned counsel for Opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 has produced before this Court, cheque worth Rs.2,01,760/- issued in favour of the petitioner said to be in full compliance of this Court's order, dated 03.02.2014, passed in CWJC No. 12427 of 2007.

Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner should have the liberty to raise dispute, if any, as regards the actual amount payable to him.

Patna High Court MJC No.3347 of 2014 (10) dt.02-12-2015 Considering the show cause replies filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 wherein they have tendered unconditional apology and their subsequent conduct towards compliance of this Court's order, I do not intend to proceed any further against them in the present contempt proceeding. Sri Ramesh Kumar Thakur, Opposite party No.3 stands discharged of the contempt proceeding. His personal appearance stands dispensed with.

This contempt proceeding stands disposed of with liberty as sought for on behalf of the petitioner.
