The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S Act and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, on information having been received a raid was conducted and a number of accused persons were caught and various articles like 1.2 kgs of ganja, arms, ammunitions etc were recovered from different accused persons. It is further stated that from possession of this petitioner a mobile phone and a motorcycle were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year and having no criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case no. 1 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S, Gopalganj.
