The petitioner seeks to challenge an order dated 09.10.2015 whereby and whereunder learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the learned court has considered the entire facts and circumstances including the statement made by the complainant on the solemn affirmation and also other materials which were found to be true and thereafter proceeded to reject the application for discharge.
