The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sess. Trial No. 453/2017, arising out of Dewaria P.S. Case No. 92/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of the Arms Act. Vide order dated 01.05.2019 a report was called for from the trial court. The status report (Annexure-A) was received from the court below in which he has stated that the trial is likely to be concluded within nine months. Let the trial court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26068 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sess. Trial No. 453/2017, arising out of Dewaria P.S. Case No. 92/2014 from the Court of learned 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

This application is dismissed accordingly.
