The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabiya) P.S. Case no. 418 of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The allegation of informant Marketing Officer, Municipal Council, Lakhisarai is that on 31.07.2016, in the evening, one person was seen having rice bag on his head entering in the godown of Suraj Sao. On enquiry, he disclosed that he was carrying the said rice bag from the PDS Shop of Shyam Sundar Sah, father of the petitioner and this petitioner used to help his father in selling the PDS grains in black market.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the son of Shayam Sundar Sah, who is a P.D.S. dealer,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43533 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 and due to some ulterior motive, he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabiya) P.S. Case No. 418 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
