2. During the course of hearing on office note, it transpires that O.P. No. 2 solemnized marriage with one Satyendra Kumar Singh, out of which one male child was born on 30.08.2012. Petitioner denied any marriage with O.P. No. 2.

3. It transpires that core issue in this matter is denial of marriage which can be ascertained only during the trial.
