JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case. The present first infromation report has been lodged after delay of about ten days. The victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has stated that she herself had gone to these petitioners for help and they brought her to the police station. She has further stated that these petitioners are good natured and they have got no concern in her fleeing away. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.47416 of 2017(4) dt.24-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
