2. Pursuant to the order dated 01.04.2014 a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 tendering unconditional apology and further stating that the bailable warrant issued pursuant to order dated 07.11.2013 was issued through sheer inadvertence in the backdrop of the fact that the bill in question had remained unpaid. In any event the said order dated 07.11.2013 along with the earlier order dated 09.05.2013 has now been recalled in terms of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed by the respondent Certificate Officer in Certificate Case No. 396 of 1994-95.

3. In view of the petitioner's grievance having been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed..
