The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Uwant Nagar P. S. Case No. 244 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unmarried Nanad of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. The husband is in custody. The mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased have already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide order dated 08.02.2018 passed in Cr. Mic. No. 6689 of 2018 by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24556 of 2018(2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 petitioner is on similar footing.
Learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the mother-in-law and gotni have already been allowed pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P. S. Case No. 244 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
