This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.354 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim. They are in custody since 28.02.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
