2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 4, the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same considering the judgment passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4329 of 1994 on 24.09.2010

Patna High Court CWJC No.12018 of 2021(4) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
