Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Chairman of Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti and has filed a representation before the District Education Officer, Madhubani, alleging financial irregularity against respondent no. 9 but no action has been taken on his representation. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that District Education Officer, Madhubani may be directed to dispose off

Patna High Court CWJC No.7114 of 2024(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 the representation of the petitioner, annexed as Annexure-3 series at page no. 25 to this writ application. 3.

In view of the above, the District Education Officer, Madhubani is directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a reasonable time frame.
