The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Incharge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
It is alleged in the written report that one country made Katta, one live cartridge, one Mobile Phone and Rs.18,000/- cash have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2019.
From paragraph-3 of the bail petition it appears that three cases of Excise act are pending against the petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28230 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in custody.
