This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 (B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted Bhuneshwar Yadav, however, from the impugned order, it appears that no injury was found on the person of the Bhuneshwar Yadav.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts stated above and also considering the fact that there is a case and counter
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45432 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No.26 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
