Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 6 of POCSO Act added.
Perused the report of the learned Trial Judge, prosecution evidence is at the verge of conclusion. Considering the allegation of commission of unnatural offence against a minor boy by the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with POCSO Reg. No.09 of 2018 arising out of Bhabua P.S.Case No.235 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st, Kaimur at Bhabua. Hence, prayer is refused.
The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27110 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 the trial and conclude the same within nine months. (Birendra Kumar, J) Nitesh/- U T
