The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019 dated 25.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a counter version of the occurrence as well and the occurrence is said to have begun at the time of cutting of soil in the field. The injuries suffered by the victim are not clear which facts appear from the impugned order. Nobody has been hit by any firearm.

No.25737 of 2020(3) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 Regard being had to the aforestated facts viz. the nature of accusation, the surrounding circumstances and the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
