JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 21-02-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pratik Kr. Sinha, learned AC to GA V, appearing for the State. The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite the fact that the petitioner has completed the work allotted to him, the respondents have made only part payment to the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is entitled to full payment as per the agreement.

The writ petition is thus disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the Engineer-In-

Patna High Court CWJC No.12025 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 Chief- cum-Commissioner-cum Special Secretary Rural Work Department, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2, with a fresh request for redressal of his grievances mentioned in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition. In case, the petitioner makes such a representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off, within a period of two weeks thereof, ensuring payment to the extent found due to the petitioner. Any further delay shall entitle the petitioner to claim an interest @ 8% per annum on the admitted dues calculated by the authorities.
