JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one other F.I.R named accused are said to have been assaulted the deceased by means of lathi causing injury on his left hand. So far as co-accused Pramod Sah is concerned, the said co-accused caused injury to the deceased on his head. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that cause of death was head injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,2nd Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.Case No. 351 of 2016.
