Admittedly, Certificate Proceedings are pending before the Certificate Officer, Aurangabad but the petitioner has not yet filed an objection under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914. In case, the petitioner files

Patna High Court CWJC No.12014 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 an objection under Section 9 of the said Act, 1914 within a period of two weeks from today, the District Certificate Officer, Aurangabad shall consider the same and pass appropriate order under Section 10 of the said Act, 1914, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.

Till then, no coercive steps shall be initiated against the petitioner.
