1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the relief/reliefs that are being prayed for in this writ application is for grant of Swatantra Sainik Samman pension payable to the petitioner for the period 22.03.2012 to 6.3.2022 which is not paid to the petitioner after the death of her husband late Ram Singashan Mahto on 21.03.32012 to which she entitled to and also interest admissible on account thereof."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7515 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
