JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Madan Jeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Matloob Rab, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is named as accused with specific accusation in Bidupur P.S. Case No.395 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 379, 498(A) , 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant of the present case had earlier filed number of cases and subsequently compromise had arrived. On this very ground, he has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48585 of 2016 (3) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 petitioner.

However, after noticing the fact of the F.I.R., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
