JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-12-2015 Writ application of the petitioner stands disposed of in view of the stand taken by the Deputy Development Commissionercum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi that payments are being made from time to time depending on the availability of funds. The Court only would like to remind the respondent authorities of the Zila Parishad that they do have an obligation to pay to the employees including the present petitioner the rightful dues on a regular basis. Whatever resources they have to generate, they must do so in this regard even if it means tapping the resources within the organization or approaching the state authorities to take care of the responsibility of running such an organization.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15499 of 2014 dt.14-12-2015 2 / 2 Payment has already been made to the petitioner till February, 2014. The respondent authorities must do what is required to be done to meet the other clearance and obligations of the petitioner.
