This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Mohania P. S. case No. 114 of 2004, disclosing offences under Sections 372,366A of the Indian Penal Code. Since the petitioner has approached this Court nearly 12 years after lodging of the First Information Report. I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail if so advised. If she does so, her application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail

by this Court.
