2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 30.12.2024 at 6 PM, this petitioner and other two co-accused abused and assaulted son of informant by fist and rod, causing injury on his nose and head and also snatched Rs. 2000/- from his pocket.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the quarrel took place between the son of informant and petitioner over playing cricket, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. He further submits that in the alleged occurrence, this petitioner and his brother also sustained injury. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 2 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
