The writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to deliver possession of the land, detailed in para-1, which was settled in favour of the petitioner vide Settlement Case No. 19 of 1997-98.

It has been stated in the counter affidavit of the State that the possession of the petitioner over the land has been given in the said case although case number was wrongly stated in para-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5143 of 2014 (3) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 6 of the counter affidavit. On further instruction, the counsel for the petitioner states that the possession has now been given to the petitioner.
