The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 289 of 2010, registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

The prayer of the petitioner for Anticipatory Bail has already been rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 28.08.2014 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20307 of 2014 with direction to surrender before the court below within a fortnight and seek regular bail, where his prayer for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38755 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 accordance with law.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for Anticipatory Bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
