JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER -------------- 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No.124 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A, 448, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the informant by her husband and other in-laws through various modes for non fulfillment of the dowry demand and to remove her from the matrimonial house carrying six months pregnancy after snatching her personal belongings.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51067 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant respectively and they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No.124 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
