JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2020 The instant application has been filed for modification of order dated 23-01-2020 passed Cr.Misc. No. 87143 of 2019, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, with following condition: "..that within ten days of his release, he has to appear before the I.O. and co-operate in the investigation, otherwise, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds." After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the reasons assigned in the modification petition, the modification petition is allowed and ten weeks further time is granted to petitioner to surrender before the court below with same condition, as mentioned in last paragraph of order dated
