Vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46821 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to medical treatment in Forties Escort Hospital, Delhi.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46821 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 797 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31901 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge Excise, Jehanabad and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
