Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumroan P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken money from the informant for selling a piece of land but neither he has executed sale deed nor returned the money. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that amicable settlement between the parties is arrived at and both the parties have filed compromise petition in the court below as well as leave to compromise.

No.20901 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and learned court below will examine the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and if it is true he will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Till than or for three weeks, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.
