Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.119 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 353, 427 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence all the four petitioners entered into the office of D.C.L.R., Sheohar and they abused the officers with regard to Land Settlement Case No.20/2013-14. It has been submitted this case is counter blast of Sheohar SC/ST P.S. Case No.15 of 2015 filed by petitioner no.1 against the informant of the present case.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21968 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.119 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
