2. No one appears on behalf of respondent-Bihar State University Service Commission.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate direction to Bihar State University Service Commission for publishing the revised examination result of advertisement no.- AP-POLI-13/20-21

Patna High Court CWJC No.6792 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/3 dated 21.09.2020 for the subject of Political Science.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure-P/9) before the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna, which continues to be pending. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction be issued to the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection.

Although no one appears on behalf of respondentBihar State University Service Commission, considering the fact that very limited nature of prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner i.e. for disposal of his representation, therefore, the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna is directed to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2026 (AnnexureP/9) within three months from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6792 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 3/3 a copy of this order by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to the relief which he has claimed through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioner within a further period of three months from the date of passing of the final order by the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
