(Pator) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.564 of 2015 dt.01-02-2016 2 / 2 I have perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. They do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
